Here are the components of 8-Week Summer Sports Performance Camp formula:

Movement
Proper movement patterns are the foundation of improving athletic performance.

Strength
Once the foundational movement patterns are established, strength is built through progressive overload.


Power
Power is the ability to harness this strength and use it to rapidly produce force.

Speed
Speed is when movement, strength, and power all come together to produce an explosive, yet fluid, athlete.

Injury Prevention
The fastest athlete in the world is no good to their team on the bench with an injury. One of the most important abilities for your athlete to develop is availability.
