Group Coaching (Unlimited):
Monday: 9:15am, 6:15pm
Tuesday: 5:45am, 9:15am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm
Wednesday: 9:15am, 6:15pm
Thursday: 5:45am, 9:15am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm
Saturday: 8:15am, 9:15am, 10:15am
Semi-Private Training (1 Hour, 1-3 participants, 4 x Program):
Offered every hour on the hour, we can schedule your sessions whenever you need them during our operating hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 5:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
• Do I have to come for 5 straight weeks?
No. We do recommend that you workout on the program for 4-5 sessions per week for BEST results.
• If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
• Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, through Precision Nutrition we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
• What else will you offer?
Participants who decide to enroll in a new 3 or 6 month program during the 5 week challenge will get $50 off the first month.
